Terms and Conditions



  1. To enter the prize draw, eligible entrants must visit the competition landing page, complete an entry form and answer the question within the promotional period.
  2. The promotional period starts at 08:00 Thursday 26th February and ends at 14:15 Friday 27th February.
  3. 1 winner with the correct answer will be chosen at random from all entries received during the qualifying period.
  4. The winner will be contacted by phone by 15:00 Friday 27th February using the contact details provided on the entry form.
  5. The chosen winner will receive a Lego Golden Retriever Puppy worth £129.99.
  6. Only one entry may be made per person. The Promoter will disallow duplicate entries where it finds them. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. .
  7. By entering into the prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  8. Entry is free and is open to staff of UK veterinary practices aged 18 years old or over. Use of a false organisation name or address will result in disqualification.
  9. The prize shall be awarded at Petplan’s discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the prize draw, it reserves the right to refuse to award the prize.
  10. The winner will be confirmed by phone. If they cannot be reached within 30 minutes of first contact, Petplan reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected at random.

  12. The winners’ details and winning entries (if applicable) must be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  13. No responsibility is accepted for delayed or mis-transmitted entries.
  14. In the event of the prize being unavailable for any reason outside Petplan’s control it reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
  15. The prize will be given to the winner at the event.
  16. There is no cash alternative.
  17. Petplan’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into and it reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prize draw.
  18. The winner will participate in all required publicity and Petplan reserves the right to publish the name and photo of the winner in post event publications and on the Petplan website and/or social media sites. The winner will reasonably co-operate with publicity as a result of winning.
  19. Contact information about entrants is collected by Petplan in order to contact them about the promotion and where necessary, to award prizes.

  21. The promoter of this prize draw is Pet Plan Limited (“Petplan”) whose registered office is at 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1DB.
  22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any action arising out of these terms shall be litigated in, and only in, the courts of England and Wales.
  23. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability.
